4 questionsHow is Pools Next Door rated on MyPoolsGuide?
Pools Next Door has a MyPoolsGuide Rating of 4.7 out of 5, based on 270 customer reviews as of October 2026. Customers most often mention answering questions, personable staff and pool resurfacing. The Rating is recalculated every month. How MyPoolsGuide rates explains what goes into it.
Does Pools Next Door handle saltwater pools?
Yes. Pools Next Door lists salt system service alongside its weekly cleaning, so it can keep a saltwater pool's chemistry in range and maintain the salt cell. It also takes on one-time cleans and commercial and HOA pools. Ask about salt cell replacement when you call (727) 275-2109, since cell life varies with use and water chemistry.
Does Pools Next Door do repairs as well as cleaning?
Yes. Pools Next Door handles equipment repair, filter repair, heater repair, inspections, leak detection, pump repair and resurfacing as well as weekly cleaning. Florida requires a pool contractor license for equipment replacement and resurfacing, and this company does not show one on MyPoolsGuide, so ask about licensing before booking major repairs. One company for cleaning and repairs means one call when something breaks.
When is Pools Next Door open?
Pools Next Door is open Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm, and closed Saturday and Sunday. Call (727) 275-2109 within those hours to book a first visit or ask about a weekly slot. Hours can change around holidays and in storm season, so check before you rely on them.
